Good
Location was great Check in/out process was super efficient and the staff were lovely. Airport Bus access is super convenient too.
There was a dead mosquito squashed on the wall the night we checked in and left there even after housekeeping. Lots of mosquitoes were in the room

I will stay here again, I travel to Korea once a year and typically spend at least a third of my time in Seoul.
excellent service. very clean. comfortable bed. daily housekeeping. Airport limousine just outside the door. luggage storage. The staff was amazing, and sometimes that can make all the difference. I had stayed there earlier in the month and was so pleased that I returned for my last three days.
not soundproof at all although that’s what the information page told me through booking.com Thought the breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced. if it had been a bit less money, I would have used it every day.

Good location, airport bus stop in front of the hotel. The nearest regular bus stop and minimart are a few meters from hotel.
I booked for 5 days. They dosen't change breakfast menu. Everyday is the same. But the food is good.

Very Good
Airport bus - right outside the hotel. Self-laundry - not available. Pillows - soft Bed - hard (this is really good for back support). Kettle - dusty; had to clean it thoroughly before using. Iron - request and collect from reception desk. Receptionist - speaks English very well. Location - 10 mins walk to the subway, 5 mins walk to bus stop in front of Ramada (you can take bus 100/104 down to go to Gwangjang Market, and going further down will bring you to Daehak-ro where there's some lovely cafes/sushi bars).
